1cl sugar syrup
2cl lime juice
6cl green tea (earl grey)
3cl egg white
Ice cubes

  • Pour all ingredients except the ice into a cocktail shaker.<\/li>
  • Shake for about 15 seconds so that it becomes frothy.<\/li>
  • Add the ice, and shake again for 10 seconds to chill the mocktail<\/li>
