Your shipment

We will process your order within 48 hours and then transfer it to our carrier.

For Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, your package is usually delivered within 3 business days.

For other countries within the EU, there is an additional delivery time of 1 to 4 business days.


Shipping costs

  • Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany: €6.95

  • Other countries: shipping cost is automatically calculated based on weight and delivery address.

    → The correct shipping cost will appear in the shopping cart once you enter the delivery address.

  • Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany: from €40

  • France: from €65

  • UK, Italy: from €75

  • Denmark, Spain, Sweden: from €120


Delivery in other countries?

Is your country not listed? Contact us at info@dzjing.be – we can basically deliver to most countries and would be happy to provide you with the correct rate.


Corporate customers

  • Retail sales customers purchase on different terms and can reach us via the B2B contact form.

  • Hospitality customers can contact us for a list of distributors who supply DZJiNG.


Payment

Payment is made online via the payment methods available in the web shop (Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Your order will be processed only after successful payment.


Right of withdrawal (return policy)

Not satisfied? Then you have the right to return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason.

Prerequisites:

  • Product is unopened, undamaged and in original packaging

  • Add your order number to the return

  • Return costs are for the customer

Upon receipt and verification, we will refund the purchase price, minus shipping and any return costs.

Returns or shipments that could not be delivered and are returned to DZJiNG are also the customer’s responsibility.

Orders outside the EU

Orders outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, customs fees or VAT. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt.
