We aim to process your order and deliver it to the carrier within 48 hours.
In most cases you can expect your package to arrive within 3 working days for Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
For deliveries outside BNL you have to add 1-4 working days.

France: €10 (Free delivery from €65)
Italy, UK: €12.95 (Free delivery from €75)

Return
If the product does not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 30 days if unopened and in original undamaged condition. Provided you add your order number.
Shipments that are returned or that could not be delivered and returned to DZJING are subject to transport costs.
The customer takes responsibility for returning the shipment. In case of a return within 30 days, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount less shipping and any return costs.
Outside EU
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to additional taxes. These taxes must be paid upon receipt of your order. Please verify any additional charges with the local authorities of the destination country.
