Pastiche Sour (by Zhalto)

A surprisingly fresh creation where the earthy softness of daikon meets the spicy complexity of DZJiNG Pastiche. Silky smooth due to the egg white, refined by anise, citrus and ginger. An elegant aperitif cocktail with character.

Ingredients

  • 10 cl daikon juice
  • 5 cl DZJiNG Pastiche
  • 1 egg white

Preparation

Shake all ingredients vigorously without ice (dry shake) so that the egg whites become nice and foamy.
Then add ice and shake again until well chilled.

Instead of an egg white, you can use pasteurized egg whites.  Available in supermarket.
