Ingredients
- 10 cl daikon juice
- 5 cl DZJiNG Pastiche
- 1 egg white
Preparation
Shake all ingredients vigorously without ice (dry shake) so that the egg whites become nice and foamy.
Then add ice and shake again until well chilled.
Instead of an egg white, you can use pasteurized egg whites. Available in supermarket.

Use a juicer for the Daikon juice (white radish)
