Legendary roots trip to homeland Suriname , with my 2 brothers, Jeremy and Raf. On the banks of the Suriname River we talk about life, happiness, setbacks, about dreams and what you do with them. “You have to dare to jump at least once in your life” This trip was a life-changer. I used my first ginger experience, the Surinamese ginger lemonade , as a basis to give it more depth through a subtle mixture of spices.
