Squid with DZJING & Chili

  • 500 grams of squid
  • A few tablespoons of fish sauce
  • 2 to 3 bird’s eye chilies
  • 5 tablespoons of DZJING Classic INTENSE
  • 2 shallots
  • Wasabi crumbs (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon of neutral oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  1. Clean the squid thoroughly, rinse and drain well.
  2. Slice the shallots into rings and finely chop the garlic and chili peppers.
  3. Heat the neutral oil in a pan over high heat and sauté the shallots, chilies and garlic until soft and aromatic.
  4. Add the squid to the pan and fry until cooked. The squid should be firm and not too tough; this usually takes only a few minutes.
  5. Deglaze the dish with DZJING and fish sauce.
  6. Serve the dish, garnished with some wasabi crumble if desired.
